This Cranberry Orange Chia Pudding is a light and refreshing holiday dessert that combines the tartness of cranberries with the zesty brightness of orange. Naturally gluten-free, dairy-free, and WFPBB. Easy to make ahead and perfect for festive gatherings or healthy sweet indulgence.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups almond milk or any plant-based milk
  • zest of one orange
  • juice of one orange
  • maple syrup
  • fresh cranberries for topping

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together chia seeds, almond milk, orange zest, orange juice, and sweetener until well combined.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight or at least for four hours until it thickens.
  • Serve chilled in individual cups topped with fresh cranberries.
