- 2 cups almond milk or any plant-based milk
- zest of one orange
- juice of one orange
- maple syrup
- fresh cranberries for topping
In a mixing bowl, whisk together chia seeds, almond milk, orange zest, orange juice, and sweetener until well combined.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight or at least for four hours until it thickens.
