Pecan Crusted Fish

26

This pecan crusted fish is one of those meals that feels restaurant worthy but is incredibly simple to make at home. A tender white fish is coated in finely chopped pecans and Cajun seasoning, then baked until golden and crisp. It is finished with a creamy Cajun yogurt rémoulade that adds tang, spice, and richness without heavy ingredients.
