ZUCCHINI NOODLE DETOX SOUP

- 2 medium zucchini spiralized
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 bell pepper diced
- 1 onion diced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 tsp dried basil
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
- Add cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, basil, salt, and pepper; cook for about 5 minutes.
- Pour in vegetable broth; bring to a boil.
