Maple Cinnamon Roasted Chickpeas
These Maple Cinnamon Roasted Chickpeas make a delightful snack that’s both crunchy and sweet. Coated in maple syrup and cinnamon, they are a perfect alternative to traditional snacks and provide a boost of protein and fiber.
Ingredients
- 1 can 15 oz chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chickpeas dry with a towel and place them in a bowl.
- Add maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt, and toss to coat.
- Spread the chickpeas on a baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
