- 1 can 15 oz chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Pat the chickpeas dry with a towel and place them in a bowl.
Add maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt, and toss to coat.
Spread the chickpeas on a baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
