Creamy Cashew (Cheese Style) Dip
Indulge in the unbelievably delicious and dairy-free Cashew Cheese Dip that will leave you in awe of its irresistible taste and wholesome goodness.
- – 1 cup raw cashews (soaked in water for at least 2 hours)
- – 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
- – 1/2 cup water
- – 1/4 cup lemon juice
- – 1 tsp garlic powder
- – 1 tsp onion powder
- – 1 tsp salt
- – 1/2 tsp paprika
- – 1/4 tsp turmeric
- Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust seasoning, if needed.
- Pour the cheese sauce into a saucepan and heat over low-medium heat, stirring constantly, until heated through.
Great for dipping, pouring over veggies or pasta or pizza! Add 1/2 can of original Rotel drained for an extra kick of flavor! My favorite is to use it on baked potato! Enjoy!
