Creamy Cashew (Cheese Style) Dip

Indulge in the unbelievably delicious and dairy-free Cashew Cheese Dip that will leave you in awe of its irresistible taste and wholesome goodness.

Ingredients
  

  • - 1 cup raw cashews soaked in water for at least 2 hours
  • - 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
  • - 1/2 cup water
  • - 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • - 1 tsp garlic powder
  • - 1 tsp onion powder
  • - 1 tsp salt
  • - 1/2 tsp paprika
  • - 1/4 tsp turmeric

Instructions
 

  • Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning, if needed.
  • Pour the cheese sauce into a saucepan and heat over low-medium heat, stirring constantly, until heated through.

Notes

Great for dipping, pouring over veggies or pasta or pizza! Add 1/2 can of original Rotel drained for an extra kick of flavor! My favorite is to use it on baked potato! Enjoy!
