- 1 cup cubed seedless watermelon
- ½ cup pomegranate arils
- 2 tbsp chopped walnuts or pistachios
- Optional: vegan feta crumbles
- Balsamic glaze or lemon vinaigrette

Ingredients:

Instructions:

Pour balsamic vinegar into a small saucepan.
