Ingredients
  

  • 1 block 14 oz silken tofu, drained
  • 1 cup dark chocolate at least 70% cacao, melted (plus extra for optional garnish)
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup raspberries

Instructions
 

  • Blend Ingredients: In a blender or food processor, blend the drained silken tofu, melted dark chocolate, and maple syrup until smooth and creamy.
  • Chill: Pour the mixture into a bowl and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.
  • Serve: Divide the mousse into four serving bowls. Top each serving with fresh raspberries.
  • Optional Garnish: Grate some extra dark chocolate over the top for an added touch of indulgence.
