Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas
- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- ½ cup unsweetened almond soy, or hemp milk
- 2 –3 teaspoons instant espresso powder or ½ cup very strong brewed coffee cooled
- 2 teaspoons date syrup adjust to taste
Instructions
If using brewed coffee, make sure it’s cooled before blending.
Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender or food processor.
Blend until thick, smooth, and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
Taste and adjust sweetness or spice.
