  • 2 ripe avocados peeled and mashed
  • ¼ cup red onion finely minced
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • Juice of 1 lime

  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • ½ cup pomegranate arils
  • Optional: pinch of cumin or chopped jalapeño for a kick

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mash avocados with lime juice until smooth but slightly chunky.
  • Stir in red onion, garlic, cilantro, and salt.
  • Gently fold in the pomegranate arils.
