- 1 cup cooked lentils red or green, well-drained
- ½ cup almond flour or any nut flour
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ¼ cup maple syrup adjust to taste
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup dairy-free chocolate chips optional
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked lentils, almond flour, rolled oats, maple syrup, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Mix until well combined. If using, fold in the dairy-free chocolate chips.
