This is an easy and delicious salad or dip you can make in under 10 minutes. Great for meal prepping for take along lunches for the week. Take this dish to parties as an appetizer with baked tortilla chips!
Rinse and drain the garbanzo beans, black beans, and dark red kidney beans.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the beans, red bell pepper, hot house cucumbers, red onions, and fresh basil.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the freshly squeezed lemon juice and your favorite seasoning.
Pour the lemon juice mixture over the salad ingredients and toss well to combine.
Let the salad marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
