  • 1 large head cauliflower cut into florets or 1 bag frozen riced cauliflower
  • ¼ cup plain yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  • Steam cauliflower until very tender (about 10 minutes).
  • Transfer to a blender or food processor.
  • Add yogurt, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.

Serving

  • Serve warm as a base or side.

Notes

Drain well to avoid watery texture Add roasted garlic for extra flavor Use frozen cauliflower for convenience
