Ingredients
- 1 large head cauliflower cut into florets or 1 bag frozen riced cauliflower
- ¼ cup plain yogurt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Steam cauliflower until very tender (about 10 minutes).
Transfer to a blender or food processor.
Add yogurt, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Drain well to avoid watery texture Add roasted garlic for extra flavor Use frozen cauliflower for convenience
