Ingredients

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 medium lime juiced (about 2 tablespoons)
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt or to taste
  • ½ cup grape tomatoes diced
  • ¼ cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1 –2 tablespoons fresh jalapeño minced (more for heat)
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro optional
  • 1 clove garlic minced (optional)
  • Optional: splash of marinated jalapeño juice to boost tanginess

Instructions

  • Prep the Avocados:
  • Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop into a bowl. Use a fork to gently mash—leaving some chunks for texture.
  • Add Lime and Salt:
  • Squeeze fresh lime juice over the avocado and sprinkle in the sea salt. Stir to combine.
  • Mix in the Flavor:
  • Add diced tomatoes, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro (if using). Stir just until combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • Serve Fresh:

Notes

Flavor Tips:
• Want more tang? Add a splash of marinated jalapeño juice or extra lime.
• Need more heat? Toss in extra jalapeños or a pinch of crushed red pepper.
• Hate cilantro? Just leave it out—this guac still shines without it.

Ways to use this guacamole:
• Scoop with baked tortilla chips or veggie sticks
• Dollop on top of chili, tacos, burrito bowls, or stuffed sweet potatoes
• Spread it on sprouted toast or a veggie sandwich
• Layer it into a party dip board with your creamy queso!

Time-Saving Tip:
Dice all your veggies ahead of time and store in a container. Mash avocados and mix everything when you’re ready to serve for peak freshness.
