Ingredients
  

  • For the Salad:
  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 large apple thinly sliced

  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Drizzle dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
