Ingredients

- ½ cup medjool dates pitted (about 6-8 dates)
- ½ cup ripe banana mashed (about 1 medium banana)
- ¼ cup crushed pineapple drained
- ¼ cup chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: In a food processor, combine the rolled oats, pitted medjool dates, mashed banana, crushed pineapple, chopped pecans, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
