Creamy Dijon Dressing
Ingredients
- ½ cup unsweetened plant-based yogurt (such as almond or soy yogurt)
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Wisk or blend all ingredients.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed. You can add more apple cider vinegar or maple syrup according to your taste preference.
- Pour the dressing into a jar or container with a tight-fitting lid and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes for better flavor.
