Creamy Dijon Dressing

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup unsweetened plant-based yogurt (such as almond or soy yogurt)
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Wisk or blend all ingredients.
  • Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed. You can add more apple cider vinegar or maple syrup according to your taste preference.
  • Pour the dressing into a jar or container with a tight-fitting lid and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes for better flavor.
