Blend together in blender or use immersion blender:

Blend together in blender or use immersion blender:

  • 1 Avocado
  • 2 tbsp Dijon
  • 3 tbsp Braggs Aminos
  • 3 tsp minced garlic
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ C Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 cup water (I always use veg. broth instead of water for more flavor)

  • Blend together in blender or use immersion blender.
