  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic until well combined.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Drizzle the balsamic maple dressing over your roasted veggies and harvest power bowls, or use it as a marinade for grilled tofu or tempeh.
