Banana Nut Bites

Banana Nut Bites are a delicious and easy to make snack. These bites are made with bananas, chopped nuts, and other simple ingredients. They have a soft and chewy texture with a hint of sweetness. They are perfect for a quick and healthy snack or even as a dessert.

Equipment

  • Food Processor
  • Parchment Paper
  • Sheet Pan
  • Spatula

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Old Fashion Rolled Oats
  • 1 medium banana mashed
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
  • ½ cup chopped or sliced almonds
  • 1/3 cup date syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions
 

Put all ingredients into a food processor and blend on high until well blended and nuts are chopped finely. Use a cookie scoop to make balls. You will have to scrape the sides down of the dough a couple of times for the processor to blend all of the dough well and to chop all the nuts. Chill for at least 30 minutes for firming.
