1cup plant-based non-dairy yogurt (I used Almond Based Yogurt plain)
3tablespoons nutritional yeast
1teaspoon garlic powder
1/2teaspoon onion powder
1/2teaspoon salt
1/4teaspoon black pepper
1/4teaspoon dried basil (optional)
1/4teaspoon dried oregano (optional)
1tablespoon tamari (optional)
Instructions
1In a blender combine the non-dairy yogurt, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, dried basil (if using), dried oregano ( if using ), and tamari (if using).
2.Blend until everything is well combined and you have a fine, crumbly texture resembling parmesan cheese.
3. Taste theĀ sauceĀ and adjust the seasoning as needed.You can add more nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, blackpepper, or tamari according to your preference.
